An experienced Management Care Consultant specialising in both Domiciliary and Residential care, with 20+ years of dedicated service in the health and social care sector.
From early days as admin support through to Regional Crisis Support Manager, Melissa is a former Registered Manager and current Nominated Individual who has delivered 4000 weekly hours in domiciliary care and led teams within residential care homes with over 100+ residents, including those Living with Dementia, EMI Nursing, and Specialist Health Conditions. Now operating as an independent consultant, she brings this extensive experience to help care providers achieve excellence.
